Volunteers Make Our Work Possible
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization, they provide hundreds of hours of unpaid service to HACES. Volunteers include our Board Members who set the strategic direction for HACES, those who organize and teach our citizenship classes, those who assist teachers in the classroom in our Parent Mentor program, and those who simply help by scanning and filing our many important documents. Our work at HACES simply would not be possible without them!
Dear Martha, Ivo, Angela and the students of Citizenship class:
Thank you very much for your letters of appreciation, the red roses, the tomatoes, gift card and the contributions of $305.00. I am very grateful, it was a pleasure to be your teacher participating with you in the class. With your consent I will give the $305.00 as scholarship for a new student in the Citizenship Class, I will send in attention to Martha in HACES. I am moving to be closer to my family.
