Dear Friends of HACES,

Thank you for taking the time to review the HACES 2019-2020 annual report. This year’s report features two milestones we have achieved amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The first milestone is that HACES is blessed to celebrate fifteen years of services to the community of Lake County.

The second milestone is the celebration of the birth of HACES’ mascot which will be appearing in all HACES communications.
