I reached out to HACES in February because it was time to renew my work permit. In speaking with the organization, I was made aware that HACES was offering a Scholarship to help cover the expenses of the DACA renewal. The covered costs of DACA renewal were an incredible opportunity for me, and it lifted a weight off my shoulders as I’m a single father of two young children.
Thank you to HACES and the scholarship: I was able to save that money and put it towards the needs and costs of raising my two children.
